After you place your order online, we ship out your at-home COVID-19 PCR and/or Rapid Antigen test kits to your delivery address. In the kit, there are detailed instructions to follow to help collect your saliva sample with ease. Pre-paid postage is included so you don’t have to interact with a single person, to get it shipped back to our lab for processing via a USPS drop-off location. The Antigen test will be delivered to your home in a separate shipment via USPS.
Your RAPID Antigen test can be used as it arrives and you will get the results within 15 minutes.
Our testing laboratory will perform the highest accuracy PCR test on your sample for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes coronavirus disease (COVID-19), before emailing you back your results within 19 hours of your sample’s arrival at our laboratory.
After your sample arrives at the lab, you will receive your results within 19 hours directly to your email address.
Our laboratories process samples seven days a week to ensure we have as fast a turnaround as possible. To send your sample back to our lab, Just drop it off at any USPS drop off box. Please note this test does not detect antibodies or immunity, it is designed to determine active infection with the virus that causes COVID-19.
